The Process
​
We assess all properties.
Email us with your enquiry as we work 1 to 1 to ensure we find the right property for you.
We will arrange a call to discuss in full what your criteria is and help you throughout the process.
As we view many properties we come across many great deals we also have a mailing list which you can join for free.
Once you are on our mailing list you will receive emails with great investment deal's. If you like the look of a deal please follow the instructions on the email.
Once you have contacted us about the property you are interested in:

We have a phone call to run you through the property details, ROI Figures, Pictures, property type etc

If after that you want to proceed we will send over Terms of sale and an invoice for the finder's fee.

Once we received the signed terms of sale and finders fee payment we then arrange another call to disclose full property details.

We then instruct the estate agent who the buyer is.

The purchase process goes through as a normal sale

You will then deal directly with the agent
We are on hand to assist with any issues which may arise throughout the sale process up to completion.
